Spare wheel mount for LAND ROVER DISCOVERY III dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The mounting structure is made of sheet metal 4mm thick. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a press brake, and the right shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting of galvanizing and powder coating which gives the final appearance to the fixing. Mounting the wheel is assisted by a gas spring, which makes it easy to close and open on uneven terrain. Fastening is very useful if the car has large diameter wheels, because it relieves the hinges of the tailgate. Thanks to the solid construction, the mount does not transfer vibrations and disorderly sounds to the center of the car. The handle is locked with a metal clamp that prevents the clamp from opening automatically.
