Custom made Toyota Land Cruiser HZJ 78 rear bumper

Rear bumper, dedicated to the car TOYOTA LAND CRUISER HZJ 78. The main bumper structure is made of 4mm thick sheet metal, and the attachment to the frame is made of 5mm thick sheet metal. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the right shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next stage is corrosion protection consisting of galvanizing and powder coating which gives the bumper a final look.

This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for hi-lif lifts and holes for lamps replacing lamps embedded in the original bumper. The solid steel construction allows full operation of the bumper in the field.

The bumper definitely improves the comfort of off-road driving, improves safety and also gives the car the right character.
